Welcome to Rings of Destiny, an AI-powered creativity platform that allows users to generate stories, images, and interactive content. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rings of Destiny mobile application (“App”) and website (“Site”), collectively referred to as the “Platform.” By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

To use Rings of Destiny, you must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account using your mobile number, email, or social login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

Rings of Destiny provides access to creative tools that generate AI-based stories, images, and prompts. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not use the Platform to upload, generate, or distribute content that is harmful, obscene, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these guidelines.

4. AI-Generated Content

Rings of Destiny uses artificial intelligence to assist in content generation. You acknowledge that AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You retain rights to the stories and images you generate, but Rings of Destiny may use anonymised samples for research, improvement, or promotional purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before sharing or publishing it.

5. Subscription and Payments

The Platform offers Free and Premium tiers. Subscription fees are displayed clearly before payment. All payments are processed securely via approved third-party gateways (e.g., Google Play, App Store, or website checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled per the respective store’s refund policy.

6. Community and User Conduct

Users can share creations, comment, and participate in events. You must treat others respectfully and refrain from posting offensive, misleading, or spam content. Inappropriate behaviour (harassment, hate speech, or explicit material) will result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.

7. Intellectual Property

All app design, branding, software, and original assets are owned by Rings of Destiny or its licensors. Users maintain ownership of their generated content but grant Rings of Destiny a limited licence to display, host, and showcase it within community spaces or promotional materials.

8. Event Participation

Contests and events are governed by separate rules displayed during participation. Rings of Destiny reserves the right to modify, cancel, or disqualify entries that violate the rules or community standards.

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, stored, and used across both the website and app.

10. Termination of Access

Rings of Destiny may suspend or terminate user access at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of AI tools.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rings of Destiny is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for losses resulting from your use of AI-generated outputs, technical failures, or third-party actions.

12. User-Generated Content Policy

• Users must not post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. 
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior.

  Users who violate these rules may have their content removed, be blocked by other users, or be permanently banned without notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on both the website and app, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
